Revenue Cycle Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Performance Analytics Manager who will support revenue cycle leadership through data analysis to enhance financial sustainability and patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of data to identify revenue cycle bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain performance metrics, reports, and dashboards for tracking key indicators
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue cycle operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, data analysis, or a related role
• High proficiency in Excel and experience with RCM data elements
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
• Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations and payer reimbursement models
