Revenue Cycle Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Compliance specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead compliance for SNF and Senior Living billing configuration in PointClickCare (PCC)
• Manage the lifecycle of payer enrollment and credentialing, including PECOS and IMPACT
• Oversee clearinghouse enrollment and maintain alignment with billing platforms

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SNF revenue cycle operations with oversight responsibilities
• Advanced knowledge of PointClickCare (PCC) billing configuration
• Expertise in SNF billing requirements and Medicare/Medicaid compliance
• Experience with PECOS, IMPACT, and provider credentialing/enrollment workflows strongly preferred
