Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming phone calls and assist with inquiries related to billing
• Verify client eligibility and ensure timely processing of claims through various systems
• Investigate and resolve claim rejections and denials, ensuring compliance with revenue cycle processes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Zero (0) plus years of experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Basic understanding of claims, billing, and invoicing processes
• Literate in healthcare, specifically in Medicaid and Medicare Advantage environments
• Proficient in the use of computer software and data entry
