Key Responsibilities
- Develop operational processes to maximize reimbursement in revenue cycle management
- Drive accountability with technical and staffing vendors for eligibility, billing, and follow-up activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation and process improvements for revenue cycle tasks
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the healthcare space, preferably in operations or vendor management
- Significant understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle processes and common reimbursement issues
- Exposure to mental health and/or telehealth services
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and shape operational strategies
- Desire for a growth-oriented environment with high autonomy
