Revenue Cycle Performance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Performance Analyst to support revenue cycle leadership through data analysis and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data and trends to identify revenue cycle bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare presentation materials summarizing data and recommendations for RCM leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance revenue cycle performance and optimize processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, data analysis, or a related role
• High proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables
• Experience with RCM data elements and understanding of RCM functions
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
