Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager- Revenue Integrity to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure timely and accurate service support in accordance with regulatory and payer requirements
- Lead charge description master activities and maintain integrated revenue cycle applications for optimal performance
- Develop and implement workflows and educational plans to enhance charge capture and compliance across the organization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related area plus 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 years of applicable leadership experience in a business-related field
- One or more relevant certifications such as RHIA, RHIT, CHRI, CCS, CPC, or Epic Resolute Certification
- Experience in health care reimbursement, financial management, or coding is preferred
- 5 years of experience in coding, clinical documentation improvement, or related areas is preferred
