Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of PRO and analyze weekly and monthly STR
- Develop and implement pricing strategies and maintain rate parity across all channels
- Conduct group evaluation and prepare monthly sell strategies for the booking window
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Hyatt Revenue Management role
- Experience with internal systems such as PrO, Reserve, RMT, and Lighthouse
- Knowledge of external systems including TravelClick Demand & Agency 360 and Smith Travel
- Proven track record of delivering market share results
- Strong analytical capabilities for identifying opportunities and strategies
