A company is looking for a Manager Revenue Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Deal Desk team to support sales with pricing strategy and deal structuring
- Oversee the Proposals team for timely and compliant RFP and proposal submissions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align deal support processes and commission operations with business objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM support roles
- 2+ years of experience leading or managing small teams or cross-functional projects
- Experience with Salesforce, CPQ tools, and commission platforms
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales motions and GTM structures preferred
