A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to support sales leaders and teams in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently process and manage incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Resolve partner issues during onboarding and order phases, collaborating with revenue sub-teams
- Develop process expertise and provide training to sellers, maintaining playbooks and documentation
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in an operational, support, or accounting role
- Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Solid data analysis skills and experience with Excel, GSheets, or SQL
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, IT, Finance, etc.)
- Proven project management and strong organizational abilities
