Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Customer Success team to develop and execute financial plans and strategies
- Provide financial analysis, actionable insights, and recommendations to leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts to drive continuous improvement in reporting and analysis
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of finance or operations experience, with people management experience
- Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and forecasting
- Mastery of Excel or Google Sheets; experience with SQL and BI tools preferred
- Ability to summarize key trends for executive presentations
- Experience in a fast-paced operating environment, preferably in technology/SaaS
