Revenue Specialist, MVA Billing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Specialist, Commercial Billing, MVA.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online medical research and utilize proprietary software to manage Motor Vehicle Accident and Health Insurance claims
• Acquire and review necessary medical documentation to manage the claim life cycle and communicate with insurance carriers
• Resolve denied claims, submit corrections, and communicate with various parties to facilitate claim adjudication

Requirements and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2+ years' experience in healthcare billing or collections; EMR/Billing system experience required
• 2+ years' client-facing/customer service experience
• 1+ years' experience with Health Insurance/Government Insurance claim resolution required
• Intermediate understanding of insurance claims processing related to motor vehicle claims
