Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage reverse engineering investigations based on patent claim requirements
• Deliver evidence of use and collaborate with personnel to provide timely results
• Identify business development opportunities and manage multiple projects effectively

Required Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in forward or reverse engineering
• Engineering degree is required
• Experience with patents or Patent Agent registration is advantageous
• Project management experience is preferred
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to mentor a team is a plus
