A company is looking for a Call Center Associate I - Lottery.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from lottery retailers regarding equipment issues, supply requests, and game information
- Connect with internal departments to resolve customer issues and accurately diagnose terminal equipment problems
- Document each retailer contact in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool with relevant details
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar industry
- General computer knowledge with basic data entry skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
- Active listening skills and ability to communicate clearly with diverse customers
