Risk Transformation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Transformation Manager (Remote, US).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, assessment, and prioritization of enterprise-wide risks using the established Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework
• Support the Operational Risk program across various domains including Site, Supply Chain, IT, and Business Continuity
• Architect, automate, and monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and metrics for both Enterprise and Operational risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree AND minimum of 5 years of relevant experience OR advanced degree with 3 years relevant experience
• Demonstrated leadership and influence skills, including experience presenting to senior executives on sensitive risk topics
• Technical acumen and experience managing large, complex projects from ideation through execution
• Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
