Job Summary
A company is looking for a Royalties Coordinator (Contract).
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to queries related to payments and financial processes
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or questions related to royalty payments and statements
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information and guide authors and agents through the royalty payment process
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of email with excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience working with financial systems is a plus
- Familiarity with publishing industry practices and terminology is desirable
