Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Agile Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies for multiple Agile teams
• Coach and mentor cross-functional Agile teams on Agile principles and best practices
• Act as a servant leader to remove impediments and promote continuous improvement

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5-10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile delivery
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe environment
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification required
• SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification strongly preferred
