A company is looking for a Sales Account Executive to support a book of clients for upsell, cross-sell, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a large book of small to medium businesses
- Develop and maintain business relationships, serving as a trusted consultant to senior decision-makers
- Lead customer negotiations for upsell and renewal opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in business, marketing, technology, or related field
- 5+ years of consultative or value-add sales experience
- Ability to manage, close, and grow multiple deals each month
- Experience working with Salesforce.com, Zoom, Slack, Google Docs, and similar applications
- Strong Excel formula skills for revenue and cost modeling
