- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Implementation, and Outreach teams to ensure efficient processes
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a business or sales support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems
- Effective time management and organizational abilities
- Proactive, solutions-oriented team player
- Familiarity with Sugar CRM is a plus
