Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of sales through inbound and outbound calls, including scheduling follow-ups and closing deals
- Educate potential clients on program benefits and upsell additional products based on their needs
- Accurately track communications in the CRM system and ensure clients understand the service and proceed with agreements
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in debt, mortgage, finance, or sales preferred
- Experience in phone sales and call center environments with a proven ability to close deals
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow up with clients promptly
- A positive, high-energy attitude is essential
