Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Sales Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and coach the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to generate qualified opportunities and booked meetings
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, contests, and workflows to optimize team performance and align with company growth objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales development efforts and communicate market feedback for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years of successful outbound sales leadership experience
  • Extensive experience in SaaS sales
  • Experience in a hybrid or fully remote work environment
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding sales personnel
