Key Responsibilities
- Train and coach the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to generate qualified opportunities and booked meetings
- Develop and implement sales strategies, contests, and workflows to optimize team performance and align with company growth objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales development efforts and communicate market feedback for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of successful outbound sales leadership experience
- Extensive experience in SaaS sales
- Experience in a hybrid or fully remote work environment
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding sales personnel
