Job Summary

A company is looking for an Institutional Sales Development Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture new sales leads via phone and email
  • Maintain activity and lead qualification information in CRM and assist in territory/account strategy development
  • Conduct follow-up on conference leads and collaborate with marketing to integrate sales development plans
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; B.S. in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of sales lead generation experience required
  • 1-3 years of client interface experience desired
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and organized with strong time management skills
  • Ability to establish rapport quickly and develop trust with prospective clients
