Job Summary
A company is looking for an Institutional Sales Development Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and nurture new sales leads via phone and email
- Maintain activity and lead qualification information in CRM and assist in territory/account strategy development
- Conduct follow-up on conference leads and collaborate with marketing to integrate sales development plans
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; B.S. in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of sales lead generation experience required
- 1-3 years of client interface experience desired
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and organized with strong time management skills
- Ability to establish rapport quickly and develop trust with prospective clients
