Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive growth by qualifying inbound leads and scheduling discovery calls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and qualify inbound leads through calls and personalized emails
  • Conduct strategic qualification and discovery to build a new business pipeline
  • Complete 40-60 daily outreach activities to maintain pipeline velocity and meet performance goals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or accredited college degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of sales or business development experience in technology sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics in a goal-driven environment
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce and Salesloft
  • Understanding of the AI and automation landscape with a strong interest in emerging technologies
