Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to partner closely with Marketing and Sales teams to find prospective customers and create excitement around their product.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and iterate on inbound/outbound strategies to engage prospective customers
- Identify buying personas and build awareness through various prospecting methods
- Manage relationships and track activities in CRM to drive insights and decisions
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful lead generation and/or outside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets using a consultative approach
- Experience with sales automation tools like CRM and SDR technology
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
