A company is looking for a Sales Director for the Employee Benefits Vertical in the Pacific Northwest.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong producer relationships through product knowledge and excellent customer service
- Achieve sales goals through consultations, negotiations, and positioning of offerings
- Identify new customer sales opportunities in partnership with brokers and manage existing accounts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 7+ years of experience in sales through broker distribution
- Experience in executing prospecting strategies for new accounts
- History of managing large accounts and technical sales projects
- Ability to sell to all levels of the organization and manage a large sales pipeline
