Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Acquisition Account Executives in the EMEA territory
- Deliver results that consistently exceed monthly revenue targets
- Establish standards for key sales activities and foster a positive team culture
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing sales teams
- 5+ years of experience as a quota-carrying SaaS Account Executive
- Deep understanding of the SMB and Mid-Market space, ideally with HR Tech experience
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience with Salesforce is ideal
