Key Responsibilities
- Hire, lead, and develop a successful team of full-cycle Account Executives
- Assess sales pipeline, activity, and forecasts to determine sales progress and areas for improvement
- Coach Account Executives in key sales skills, including forecasting, prospecting, and deal negotiations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of prior sales leadership experience managing sales teams within software, ideally SaaS
- 4+ years of progressive B2B experience in a quota-carrying role
- Proven ability to create and lead high-performing teams
- Goal-oriented spirit who thrives in a fast-paced environment
