Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day inside sales operations, focusing on revenue and activity achievement
- Provide leadership to ensure sales revenue, pipeline, and targets are met or exceeded
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute sales strategies and present services
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in managing and developing an inside sales team
- Experience in prospecting, lead generation, and customer follow-up
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Inside Sales Management or leadership experience in technology/software
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
