Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to develop and measure Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with internal business organizations to evaluate business KPIs for data-driven decisions
- Document and implement best practices for Salesforce maintenance and development
- Design and standardize system dashboards, reports, and workflows in Salesforce CRM
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Sales Operations and/or Revenue Operations experience
- Prior experience with Salesforce CRM, preferably Salesforce Lightning
- Excel knowledge (e.g., Vlookup, Index Match, Pivot Tables)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus, but not required
- Able to work effectively in a remote team environment
