Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to GTM leadership for planning, forecasting, and process optimization
- Design and improve end-to-end GTM processes, including lead management and opportunity hygiene
- Manage Salesforce administration and build dashboards for insights across the revenue engine
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Deep knowledge of GTM processes and the customer lifecycle from lead to renewal
- Experience managing and optimizing Salesforce; Salesforce Admin certification is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with sales tools like Gong and Hubspot
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with a self-starter mindset
