A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager responsible for overseeing and enhancing sales operations to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize sales processes and workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Gather, analyze, and interpret sales data to generate actionable insights and prepare reports on key sales metrics
- Manage and administer the CRM system, providing training and support to the sales team on its usage
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Sales and/or Sales operations roles
- Experience with concepts, practices, and procedures in Sales Operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a department and its staff members
- Excellent analytical and business intelligence skills
