Key Responsibilities
- Drive analytics for territory planning, segmentation, capacity modeling, and quota setting
- Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor sales performance
- Collaborate with Sales Operations leads to design and execute sales compensation and incentive strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Computational Sciences, or a similar field
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency with data modeling, extraction, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Excel, SQL)
- Experience in sales, marketing, and finance
- Ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity in Salesforce and other sales tools
