A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager, Systems & Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Salesforce systems owner for the Commercial team, leading enhancements and user enablement
- Direct and manage the workload of a managed service provider, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines
- Establish and manage end-to-end ticketing and support processes for sales field issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in Salesforce systems administration or sales operations
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong understanding of role hierarchies and user profiles
- Demonstrated success in implementing CRM workflows and end-user enablement strategies
- Ability to interpret commercial priorities into scalable technical solutions
- Bachelor's degree preferred
