- Supervise and enhance processes to increase productivity and resolve installer escalated inquiries
- Monitor customer feedback, oversee complaint management, and produce compliance reports while collaborating cross-departmentally
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or related fields
- 6 to 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service Operations, or related roles
- Demonstrated business acumen with an understanding of efficiency drivers
- Advanced experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in analyzing budgets and preparing financial reports
