A company is looking for an Early Career Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business and manage assigned customer accounts in the small to medium business segment
- Engage with potential customers and previous clients to expand the customer base and resolve account issues
- Conduct complex issue resolution and collaborate with sales teams to achieve individual and team metrics and goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 1-3 years of B2B inside sales or field sales experience preferred
- Experience in the fiber-based packaging industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage a full book of assigned accounts and develop new business opportunities
