Key Responsibilities
- Implement Salesforce initiatives focusing on best practices and scalable solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine business needs and system requirements
- Support production issue resolution and document work for troubleshooting and training
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
- Experience working in a Scrum (Agile) environment
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201)
- Hands-on experience with Service Cloud is a plus
- Experience writing basic SOQL queries is preferred
