A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize their Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Support users across various departments and collaborate to enhance Salesforce utilization
- Lead requirements gathering, develop workflows, and manage Salesforce integrations with other systems
- Monitor data quality, implement new Salesforce features, and document changes in the system
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Typically a minimum of 4 years relevant experience in database systems within a production environment
- 3-4 years of experience working as a Salesforce.com administrator
- Certified Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM-201) with experience managing at least 150 users
- Strong technical understanding of Salesforce.com platform functionality and integration tools
