- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while managing support tickets

Required Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator
- Hands-on experience managing large Salesforce organizations with 500+ users
- Salesforce.com Certified Administrator required
- Experience in one of Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud instances
