A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator & IT Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage users, roles, profiles, and permission sets in Salesforce
- Act as the first point of contact for basic tech support requests and manage account access
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows while troubleshooting data issues
Required Qualifications
- No prior Salesforce experience required; training will be provided
- Must be willing to obtain Salesforce Administrator certification within the first 12 months
- Strong general tech skills and troubleshooting ability
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently
- Experience with tools like Google Workspace or Slack is a plus
