Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator & IT Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage users, roles, profiles, and permission sets in Salesforce
  • Act as the first point of contact for basic tech support requests and manage account access
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows while troubleshooting data issues
Required Qualifications
  • No prior Salesforce experience required; training will be provided
  • Must be willing to obtain Salesforce Administrator certification within the first 12 months
  • Strong general tech skills and troubleshooting ability
  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently
  • Experience with tools like Google Workspace or Slack is a plus
