A company is looking for a Salesforce Database Administrator for California residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the Salesforce installation, ensuring it meets business needs
- Train staff on Salesforce best practices and maintain data integrity across systems
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and user profiles to enhance system performance
Required Qualifications
- B.A. preferred or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of Salesforce Administration experience, particularly with Salesforce Lightning and nonprofit Success Pack
- Certified Salesforce Administrator credential; experience with Tableau is a plus
- Knowledge of Healthcare Information Technology and compliance frameworks is desirable
- Strong project management skills and experience leading teams
