Key Responsibilities
- Provide user support and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce functionality
- Manage Salesforce administration tasks, including data management and system enhancements
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions to promote user adoption and optimize reporting
Required Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including Flows and validation rules
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and business processes
- Experience with data management activities, including imports and deduplication
- Ability to document support cases and collaborate with both business users and technical teams
