Key Responsibilities
- Define, evaluate, and validate requirements and designs for complex business issues
- Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions while coordinating with IT and business areas
- Oversee system configuration and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with change control processes
Required Qualifications
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 8+ years of experience in a related field, or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Proven expertise in Salesforce products and technologies
- Experience in leading complex projects and facilitating business testing activities
