Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Salesforce Administrator to join their Salesforce Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Tier 1 Salesforce Helpdesk queue, providing technical support and training to end users
- Oversee onboarding, setup, and offboarding of new users, including managing user roles and permissions
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards while staying current with Salesforce best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration
- Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus
