Salesforce Analyst, Chatbot

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Analyst specializing in Chatbot development.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain chatbot conversation flows and user journeys
• Manage Salesforce configuration changes and create comprehensive documentation
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems and provide technical support for production issues

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing Salesforce Einstein chatbots or similar bots
• Experience implementing custom functionality using Salesforce features
• Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and automation using Salesforce Flow
• Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
