A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams while ensuring Salesforce solutions meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements to identify areas for Salesforce-driven improvement
- Facilitate and manage the Scrum process for timely delivery of Salesforce features and enhancements
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support change management efforts to drive user adoption
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 3+ years focused on Salesforce
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques such as user stories and story mapping
- Experience analyzing data to identify process improvement opportunities and define success metrics
