Salesforce Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Intelligence Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify data insights for business challenges
• Maintain and develop reports, dashboards, and analyses to provide visibility into SaaS KPIs and business performance
• Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce BI tools and ensure data accuracy through automated checks

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce focused on data analytics and business intelligence
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM Analytics and/or Tableau required; both strongly preferred
• Strong skills in querying and manipulating data via Excel/Google Sheets and SQL/SOQL
• Salesforce certifications and Tableau certifications are preferred
