Salesforce Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Functional Consultant to provide functional support and guidance for Salesforce CRM implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide project deliverables including software configuration and custom development
• Lead technical requirements gathering sessions to analyze client needs and document project scope
• Educate and train clients on system functionality and assist in defining work required to deliver solutions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in higher education advancement or development
• 2+ years non-profit/higher ed CRM experience (Salesforce, BBCRM, Ascend, and/or Affinaquest)
• Ability to collaborate with various teams and lead technical discussions with non-technical stakeholders
• Working knowledge of philanthropy practices and advancement services
• Demonstrated commitment to fostering an environment of diversity, inclusion, and belonging
