Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Functional Consultant to provide functional support and guidance for Salesforce CRM implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide project deliverables including software configuration and custom development
- Lead technical requirements gathering sessions to analyze client needs and document project scope
- Educate and train clients on system functionality and assist in defining work required to deliver solutions
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in higher education advancement or development
- 2+ years non-profit/higher ed CRM experience (Salesforce, BBCRM, Ascend, and/or Affinaquest)
- Ability to collaborate with various teams and lead technical discussions with non-technical stakeholders
- Working knowledge of philanthropy practices and advancement services
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering an environment of diversity, inclusion, and belonging
