Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer data processes to ensure compliance with data standards and governance policies
- Develop and maintain a Customer Data Dictionary with clear data definitions and business rules
- Oversee data quality maintenance, including the resolution of data issues and duplicate records
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience, with 4+ years in Salesforce data management or CRM data governance
- Understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and customer data model design
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data quality metrics
- Experience with data cleansing and deduplication tools
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Management, or a related field
