Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Global Data Management Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve data integrity and reporting within Salesforce and related tools
• Train users on data entry processes, dashboard usage, and standards
• Identify operational improvements and lead Salesforce projects for system enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce, ideally NPSP
• Strong knowledge of database systems and their integration with CRMs
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
• Ability to create and deliver training materials effectively
