Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to understand and address sales and merchandising needs
• Lead discussions to uncover true business requirements and propose innovative solutions
• Manage the Salesforce application, including enhancements and reporting, while ensuring compliance and governance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a business analyst and admin role with enterprise-scale CRM projects
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Platform functionality, particularly in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models and SDLC project management
• BS or equivalent degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; MBA preferred
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required; other relevant Salesforce certifications preferred
