Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce administrative tasks including user access, configuration updates, and general support
- Administer ReferenceEdge (Salesforce Application) and support client reference call scheduling
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to aid in decision-making for sales and operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce Administration, CRM Support, or Sales Operations
- Salesforce Administrator Certification, or actively pursuing
- Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, user management, and reporting tools
- Experience in documenting Salesforce processes and leading end-user training sessions
